Our grapes are grown, harvested and pressed right here on the farm. Instead of fermenting them into wine, we naturally carbonate the juice through a short fermentation using our own cultivated wild yeast. The result is a bright, elegant, lightly sparkling drink that keeps the character of the grapes without the alcohol.
We craft our effervescent beverages in small batches using washed and reused bottles from OBRC (Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative). Each batch is naturally conditioned (fermented at cool temperatures for a short period), carefully pasteurized for stability, and free from artificial flavors, shortcuts or added ingredients.
